Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April

On Saturday daddy went out with Uncle Tim to see Pam Pam. Mummy and me had a girlie day. 

We went to the park. 

We played in the house and went to buy supplies to do some painting. When we got back from buying supplies we did some drawing.

I had a lovely day with mummy but I was very happy to see daddy when he came home. 

On sunday I had a lie in - until 7am! We had a visit from daddys 2nd cousin Tim, he is going to design us a new garden! I enjoyed being outside and trying to touch my bubble machine. I stared a lot at Joe (Tims son)-   he was tall. 

Then mummy, daddy and me went out in the car. We had lunch out and then went to this great play place!

I made friends with a lady and kept taking her the bar with hanging things on. And balls. She was very nice. I had to push her out of the way to get to some more balls to give her, but I think she understood. 

Then we went home and I played with daddy. I enjoyed putting animals in my little car and pushing  them around. I also played with the shapes in the cookie jar and my toy pushchair (stroller) Then it was time for a nap and my dinner. 

After dinner I did some painting! I painted all over the canvas - but when I finished mummy did something and a big letter A appeared! 

Then it was time for a bit more play before bed. 

Sunday - Park, lunch and Dear Zoo!

In the morning Grandma and Grandpa went to see baby Daniel and to do some shopping. Daddy took me to the new park by our house for a play!

It's a great park and I really enjoyed exploring all the things in there. 

Then we went to the Woodshaw for lunch. I was very tired so mummy gave me some lunch and then I had a sleep. 

Grandma and grandpa were in the pub too when I woke up. They had eaten with mummy and daddy while I slept. 

Then grandma and grandpa went home and so did mummy, daddy and me. 

It was time to properly explore the Dear Zoo Story sack. Mummy cleared all my other toys away so I knew she meant business! She read me the story and every time she mentioned an animal I had to try and find it. Mummy and daddy tried to make noises for each animal - daddy wasn't too sure about the giraffe noise (which surprised me as they're his favourite animal) so he just stuck his tongue out. I thought this was very funny and tried to grab it! I found all the animals except the camel and the lion. I need more practise at them. I used my dog noise and my snake noise too!

That pesky camel is so tricky!

I have a few dogs so that one was easy!

Then mummy made some pink stuff for me to play with but I wasn't allowed to eat it. I tried... lots.

I had a lovely afternoon playing and soon it was time for bed. 

*for the eagle eyed amongst you, yes I was wearing different clothes at the park in the morning. I had a little accident and got my clothes dirty so I got changed. I just love these outfits so much I couldn't decide which one to wear.

 

Saturday - New shoes, picnic and animals!

Had a lovely morning playing with Grandma and Grandpa in our pyjamas! Nursery gave mummy and me a Dear Zoo story sack to play with so we looked at that together. 

I learnt a new animal. ssssssss-snake. I like making the sssssssss noise! The camel is very hard to recognise!

Then mummy and daddy took me to get my feet measured again! I have gone up to a 4G. So I picked a new pair of shoes with mummys help. Daddy wasn't much help, every pair he picked up mummy said no. He did pick up a pair of boys shoes though. 

Then we went to Uncle Tim and Aunty Sebrina's house to collect Ben. He was coming out with us for the day.. Mummy, daddy, grandma and grandpa took us to Roves Farm!

I had a great time here - we had a picnic, saw lots of animals and did lots of playing! Ben is so much fun and I enjoyed spending time with Grandma and Grandpa.

I wasn't keen on touching the real bunny...

It was quite windy.

Then we went inside to play for a bit. 

After the farm we all came home and played in the house until my bed time. Grandma and daddy gave me a bath which was nice. 

Who knew the easter bunny drove a quad bike...

I woke up really early because of my teeth, but mummy and daddy let me have cuddles with them which made me feel a bit better. I had an early bottle of milk and then had an extra sleep. 

I had a great play with daddy while mummy was in the kitchen making more food. I wasn't sure why and then after a sleep in the car we were at the farm! I had a lovely picnic with my friends Francesca, Bethan and Elliot. 

Daddy took me for a walk and I saw the ducks with Elliot. 

Then we all went to this amazing room with loads of animals in it! I chased some chickens, stroked a chick, grabbed a rabbit and got shocked by a lamb! So much fun!

After the fun with the animals we went on a tractor ride to find the easter bunny! It was so much fun! I'm sure the Easter bunny didn't quite look like this last time I saw him... but he knew about the eggs...

Then we went in the soft play area. I was mainly interested in taking my socks off and carrying them around. They tasted nice. There was a slide there which me Bethan and Francesca went down. Then we had a relax in the swing!

By this point I was quite ready for my nap so I fell straight to sleep in the car on the way home. 

But the fun didn't end there! We went down to the Woodshaw and I had my tea in the pub with mummy, daddy, Bethan and her mummy and daddy! What a busy day. 

My new cousin! And Archie's party!

This morning we went to my cousin Ben's house and there was another baby there! It was my new cousin Daniel. He's alright. He was sleeping the whole time I was there. I was more interested in playing with Ben. We had lunch together. Ben has some cool toys and he had balloons! 

After meeting Daniel it was straight home to get my party dress on! Then we went off to Archies party. Archie was due the same date as me but I was three weeks early and he was almost a week late! So  there's almost a month between us now! Archie is a great climber and was showing off his chair climbing skills. I was just interested in wandering around exploring. My friends Francesca and Monty also came to the party along with some other children who I hadn't met before. 

 

The birthday boy!

After the party we came home and I had my dinner. Then I had a bath and tried to eat the bubbles! they tasted funny!

Mummy didn't like me eating the bubbles and she poured water on them which made them disappear - like magic!

Then I went to bed but I didn't want to sleep becuase my teeth are hurting. I was very sad so mummy gave me cuddles downstairs.
